These are 1/8" inch clear acrylic templates, set of 3. Easy to use to trace onto your leather piece and cutout the keychain shape. They come with the masking tape on, you can peel it off if you like.

I got this with the intention of carrying a matching G10 Bexar and short Tactile bolt pen, but it's also perfect for a Kara's Pocket Modal and Boker Atlas. I think any short pen and similar sized slip joint would work great!
