Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 7 days from date of arrival. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customized goods cannot be returned. These include products with personalization such as thread colors, custom work, and/or special requests.
To complete your return, please email wfleatherco@gmail.com. We will give you instructions to return your purchase. Please do not return any items without our approval, we will not be responsible.
Note returns are subject a 25% restocking fee.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted/Clearance/Sale, Limited Releasees, and Perfectly Imperfect items (if applicable) unfortunately cannot be refunded.

For domestic returns, we will send a prepaid label for returns. The shipping cost is then deducted from the refund you will receive when the return is processed. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping label and shipping cost. The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon processing of the return.

Due to nature of instant downloads and acrylic templates, all sales are final. No refund or exchange.
